The Building
St Johns Church has existed for a long time. It is one of the oldest buildings in the area. Parts of the church were built in the 12th Century. Others were erected during the 13th and 15th Centuries. Some areas of the church date back to an unknown period of time, but the latest parts of the church were created in the late Victorian era.
Travel
There is a bus-stop near to the church. Two buses stop at this destination, they are the 229 (which runs from Sidcup to Thamesmead) and the 469. The church is situated close to Erith Railway Station and a 20 minute walk from Belvedere station. If you arrive by car there is free-parking directly outside the church.
